Where we came from
SendSites began as a custom project — a digital sales system built for a large hospitality sales team that needed a better way to present and deliver proposals. The results were immediate enough that we recognized something: the problem wasn't unique to one team. It was endemic to the industry.
Our founders had spent years running a digital marketing agency focused exclusively on hospitality. We knew the sales workflow from the inside — the RFP response, the BEO, the group block, the tentative that needed to go definite. When early traction in hospitality made the direction clear, we leaned in fully.
Twelve years later, we've never looked back. Today SendSites serves hotels, resorts, destination marketing organizations, cruise lines, and venues across the world — from independent boutique properties to enterprise resort collections. The platform has grown. The focus hasn't.
